30-Day Field Test
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Whether the fit isn't what you expected, you have a full month to decide if our gear belongs in your pack.
Free Returns (We Pay the Shipping)
We believe you shouldn't have to pay for a product that doesn't work for you. If you need to return an item:

Contact Us: Send an email to Hunt@eastridgeoutdoors.com with your order number.

Get Your Label: We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.

Ship it Back: Drop the package off at the post office.

Items are returned in original condition (no permanent markers, modifications, or heavy damage).

The product is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong caliber? No problem. Follow the return process above, and we will get the correct box out to you as soon as the return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
Our gear is engineered for the woods. If a product arrives damaged or fails due to a manufacturing defect, please let us know immediately. We will replace it at zero cost to you—that’s the East Ridge standard.
