30 Day Return Policy
Return within 30 days of receiving your order
East Ridge Outdoors pays for & emails you the return shipping label
We will ask why but all returns will be accepted (unless you drove over it with your truck - then refer to items damaged after 30 days)
If an item was damaged during shipping, please let us know so we can address with the carrier
If an item was damaged during regular usage, send us a message so we can fix it

Items Damaged After 30 Days
Please contact us. We've tested the boxes but are also using them and so we understand things happen
This will be handled on a case by case basis but we will work with you to get you a working ammo box
Exchanges
If the incorrect product was accidentally purchased, email Hunt@eastridgeoutdoors.com. We will figure it out together
Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Hunt@eastridgeoutdoors.com
